What is your office like? Where is it?

Information on our location, hours and a full video walkthrough of our location is available on our contact page here. You can also book virtual appointments which are delivered by secure video call instead of coming to our office.

How to book an appointment:

  1. Find a counsellor you would like to book an appointment with.
  2. Click on their profile and find the ‘schedule appointment with person’s name’ button and click on it.
  3. You will be taken to another site where you can select the service length and type you want and then see what times are available. Click on the time  you want and you will be prompted to fill in some information to finish booking. Note: one of the service types will be ‘free 15 minute consultation’ in either a phone or a video appointment. You can choose this to speak with the counsellor for a short while for free before making a decision to book.
