Seeing as my last post was about procrastination, it makes sense that I've spent a year neglecting this blog! At least that's what I tell myself. The past year has brought new opportunities with Vancouver Coastal Health, teaching at Vancouver Community College, and continuing work with my awesome clients in my private practice. I feel very grateful for everything, and now just need to add in a little balance! For me, balance means feeling like I have a life outside of work. I hang out with friends, exercise, and cook. With my new responsibilities lately, things have been a little... out of whack. Sometimes I wonder how realistic it is to have a truly balanced life.
