Jennifer and the team at Peak Resilience are grateful to host Janet White in presenting her groundbreaking course: Clinical Supervision Foundations virtually through Peak Resilience!

This 30-hour virtual course, facilitated by Janet and assisted by Jennifer, will be held bi-weekly over 10 weeks. Clinical Supervision Foundations promotes resiliencey-informed clinical supervision in a wide variety of settings not limited to alternative/private practice, healthcare and schools/universities. Participants are required to have a Master’s degree or BA/BSW with extensive experience in the field.

Janet White has integrated her diverse supervision trainings from all over the world and spent the last 25 years specializing in clinical supervision from an anti-oppressive, trauma informed stance. She’s the only Canadian to be trained in Certified Clinical Supervision by the renowned Australian Professional Supervision (clinical) program in 2019.

Jennifer Hollinshead is the founder and clinical director of Peak Resilience, an anti-oppressive, trauma informed counselling practice in Vancouver and Ontario. She has over 20+ years combined education and experience and has been supervising counsellors and practicum counsellors for the last 7 years using intersectional feminist and evidence based supervision approaches. Jennifer is also registered as a Canadian Certified Counsellor- Supervisor and has done Master’s level training in supervision.

Janet + Jennifer have become fast friends and colleagues due to their shared passion for anti-oppressive, trauma informed counselling and supervision (and weird senses of humour). Jennifer is eager to learn from Janet’s experience and will be assisting her facilitation of the course. This course will be filled with passion, joy, tough conversations and fun.
