Mental Health Counselling

Mental Health Counselling is an in-person or virtual appointment where you speak with one of our counsellors about things that affect your mental health so we can help improve them. In person appointments are available in downtown Vancouver and virtual appointments can be with people anywhere in Canada except Ontario.

Some examples of topics our counsellors can talk to you about are: Anxiety, Depression, Grief/loss, Self-esteem, Work-stress, Trauma- including intergenerational trauma/childhood trauma/developmental trauma, neurodivergence- ADHD, Autism, Life transitions, School/career counselling, Gender identity, Sexualized and gender-based violence, Sexuality, Sexual confidence and sex positivity (we are fetish, kink and BDSM-friendly), Systemic oppression, EMDR, Immigration/third culture, Systemic oppression, Relationships – hetero, queer, polyamorous, non-monogamous relationships, Sex work (we are sex worker friendly), Substance use, Eating disorders, Body image.
