Holidays can be tough for many people - whether this is due to family dynamics, loneliness and isolation, increased anxiety and stress, pressure to “have it all” or financial stress. Our Cultivate Holiday Resilience group will help participants build resilience around the holiday season and will be informed by the research from Brené Brown on shame resilience. (4 weekly sessions. Ran from November 21 - December 12, 2018.) Thank you to everyone who attended! We’ll be facilitating this group again in Winter 2019.
