Our Services

Life is complicated, we make counselling simple.

Our confidential and quick online booking system lets you see our counsellors’ availability and find a time that suits you best. We support individuals over the age of 16.

Typical sessions include a 50-minute appointment, assessment, and goal setting. Most health care benefits cover our services and we provide detailed receipts following each session. If you’re unsure about your coverage, check with your employer or HR representative.

Remote Assistance

Where you are, we're here.

Now, more than ever, we understand the need to enable connection from afar. Whether it’s by phone, video, or email, we’re able to consult and provide support from a safe and even expansive distance.

At this time our clinical counselling services are available for people in British Columbia and Ontario only

Individual Counselling

It’s about you.

If you feel like something is standing in the way of you living the life you want, we’re here to help. Get in touch today and it’ll be the last step you have to take alone.

For clients that have financial barriers that make our regular rate inaccessible, a reduced rate is available. The reduced rate is currently $118 for a 50 minute session. Please let us know that you are in need of this rate by contacting us via email or phone, or by indicating this when you fill out our Get Matched form. If this reduced price is still inaccessible for you, we encourage you to see a practicum student counsellor at our office. Read more about our practicum program here.

We value our ability to offer lower-cost counselling services through our Practicum Program. All our practicum students hold a Bachelor’s degree and are currently completing their Master’s degrees in either counselling psychology, clinical psychology, or social work. They receive weekly individual supervision from experienced Peak Resilience counsellors and attend regular professional development with the rest of our team, so you know you’ll be in good hands.

Interested in seeing a practicum student for counselling? Schedule a phone intake session to determine if a practicum student is right for you. Our call our office at (604) 682-7325 or email admin@peak-resilience.com for more information on rates.

Several of our counsellors are approved Crime Victim Assistance Program providers, and can accept CVAP as a portion of our fee. Please read more about how CVAP funding works here.

If you have been involved in a car accident and make an ICBC claim, you are automatically eligible for partial coverage of up to 12 counselling sessions within the 12 weeks following the incident. Learn more about accessing counselling with an ICBC claim here.
